Our goal at BizRelations Inc. is to make your event registration experience easy and fair. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on event sites powered and/or managed by BizRelations. All event registration fees are stated in Canadian Dollars.
BizRelations accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, as well as corporate cheque, money order, or electronic wire transfer.
Each event registration placed on-line will receive a confirmation email with the details of the purchase order made. If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page and/or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with BizRelations Inc. whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. BizRelations Inc, willl not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation
Refunds and Exchanges
Before completing your event registration, carefully review your event selection. A refund can only be accommodated if the user sends a written request, with required order details (including at minimum: the purchasers name, email, order number, and total amount paid) to email@example.com before "the last day of cancellation" that is indicated in the respective event's "Key Dates" section. Each event has a final cut-off date for which refunds or partial credits can be issued, depending on the particular event details listed.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for an order that can delay processing and delivery.
All registration purchases conducted will receive an email confirmation and receipt, detailing the amount paid and the event details. This is your only confirmation, so please keep this email, and preferably print a hardcopy for your records including the order number.
